Purpose
Use Time Sheet Manager to review employee time entries, correct dates or hours, apply the appropriate employee labor rate, and complete the supervisor review.

Before you begin
Confirm that you have Time Sheet Manager access.
Know the employee's workgroup and applicable pay period.
Confirm that the employee's work tasks and labor entries are available.
Open Time Sheet Manager
1. Login to the Tririga Home page - https://frs-qa.usgov.tririga.com/
2. Open the main navigation menu.
3. Expand Tasks.
4. Select Time Sheets.
5. Expand Time Sheet Manager.
Select the Workgroup
1. Under Organization, select Find.
2. Search for the applicable workgroup.
3. Select the workgroup.
4. Select OK.
5. Confirm that the workgroup appears under Organization.
The Employees section displays the people associated with the selected organization.
Select an Employee
1. Locate the employee under Employees.
2. Select the radio button beside the employee.
3. Review the employee's entries under Time Log.
4. Review each entry for the time category, task number, date, hours, rate, and employee name.
Update a Time Entry
1. Update the Date or Hours directly in the Time Log when a quick correction is needed.
2. Open the applicable time entry when additional fields require review or correction.
3. Review or update Actual Start, Actual End, Working Hours, Task ID, Employee, Pay Period, and Time Category, then select Save or Save & Close.
Apply the Correct Employee Rate
1. Select the applicable time entry.
2. Locate Employee Rates.
3. Select the correct Labor Class.
4. Select Apply.
5. Confirm that the Rate shown in the Time Log is updated.
Complete the Timesheet Review
1. Review the employee's total hours and individual entries.
2. Confirm that the task numbers, dates, hours, categories, and rates are correct.
3. Select Save.
4. Select Done to complete the supervisor review.
Expected result
The employee's time entries contain the correct dates, hours, task references, and labor rates, and the supervisor review is completed.
