PurposeUse the completed-task review report to validate that completed work tasks contain accurate dates, completion information, resolution details, and audit notes.

Before you beginConfirm that you have access to completed work tasks for your workgroups.
Know the task name, task number, workgroup, or location being reviewed.
Open the Completed Work Task Report
1. Login to the Tririga Home page - https://frs-qa.usgov.tririga.com/
2. From the Home page, locate Reminders - Tasks.
3. Expand My Team's Tasks.
4. Select Completed Work Tasks / Review.
5. The Completed Tasks Bulk Close Out (User's Workgroups) report opens.
Review Completed Task Information
Review each task for the following information:
Task Name
Task ID
Service Assignment Class
Work Location
Actual Start
Planned Start or Respond Date
Planned End or Due Date
Actual End
Actual Percent Complete
Use the horizontal scrollbar to review columns that are not immediately visible.
Review the Full Work Task
1. Select the Task Name or Task ID.
2. Review the full work task record.
3. Confirm that the status, dates, work performed, resources, and completion information are accurate.
4. Return to the completed-task report.
Record the Audit Results
1. Enter or review the Resolution Description.
2. Enter the applicable Audit Notes.
3. Confirm that the task is recorded as 100 percent complete when appropriate.
4. Repeat the review for each applicable task.
Use Export when an offline copy of the report is needed.
Expected result
Completed work tasks are reviewed for accuracy, and the appropriate resolution and audit information is recorded.
