Purpose
Use Work Planner and the Shop Supervisor Dashboard to review unassigned, assigned, overdue, and open work tasks for your workgroups.

Before you begin
Confirm that you have access to Work Planner and the Shop Supervisor Dashboard.
Know the workgroup and date range you need to review.
Review Work in Work Planner
Step 1: Open Work Planner
1. Login to Work Planner - https://frs-qa.usgov.tririga.com/p/web/workPlanner
2. From the Home page, locate Related Links - Tasks.
3. Select Work Planner.
4. Select the applicable workgroup.
Step 2: Review the planning week
1. Use the date arrows to move between planning weeks.
2. Select Unassigned, Assigned, or Overdue to review the applicable task view.
3. Use the search field to find a specific task.
4. Review the task cards for the task name and number, location, priority, planned dates, time estimate, and task type.
Step 3: Review technician workload
1. Under People, review each technician's assigned hours, available capacity, and number of assigned tasks.
2. Select the arrow beside a technician to review the technician's detailed Team Assignments.
Review the Shop Supervisor Dashboard
1. Return to the Home page.
2. Review Shop Supervisor Dashboard - My Teams or Shop Supervisor Dashboard - All Shops.
3. Review the available charts, including Work Task Status, Work Task Type, Work Task Priority, On Time Status, Assignment Status, and Planned Work.
1. Scroll to All My Shop Work Tasks.
2. Review the open task list.
3. Select a task when additional details are required.
US032 at 01:42 - All My Shop Work Tasks displays the detailed backlog beneath the dashboard charts.
Expected result
The supervisor can identify the current backlog, unassigned work, overdue tasks, technician workload, and tasks requiring follow-up.
