Users can sign up for accounts individually, or an account manager from your company can send us a list.


Please use the attached template to create your list of contacts and attach it to a ticket.


For each contact:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Company Account Manager (TRUE/FALSE)

An account manager is a company contact who can approve llama help users and request/approve or update llama help users’ ticket visibility 

  • [Ticket visibility] Can see all tickets from your company (TRUE/FALSE)

FALSE/(Default) - “My ticket” view only

TRUE - “All company” ticket access
